It was our anniversary on the 16th. Can you believe that we have been married 10 years? Sometimes I am amazed that Jennifer put up with me for that long. I probably would have given up on me a long time ago. I don’t have any pictures from our date, but on Saturday we had some friends watch the kids and we went and saw the new Indiana Jones movie and then went to dinner. The restaurant we went to is called “The Chefs Table,” it is one of the nicer restaurants in Utah. When I set up the reservation they asked if I wanted any accommodations. Because this is the first time we have ever been to this restaurant I had to ask what they offered. They listed off a few and I choose to have a table with a view and 10 roses waiting at the table when we got there (one for each year we have been married).

Then on our actual anniversary Jennifer made me a special treat and brought it to work. She makes a special something every year. Instead of a rose for each year we’ve been married, she has a vase of treats for each year.  This time she made flowers out of cheese cake and put them in a vase of Teddy Grahams (graham crackers).
